| If you have or will open an account with any of the above banks, we will be glad to deposit your monthly rent checks in them for you each month. This will give you access to your money faster. | ||||
| We hold all checks for 10 days to make sure that they clear before we deposit your check in your bank or mail you a check. | ||||
| All rents come due on the 1st of the month but can be paid without penalty until the 5th. If a tenant pays the rent of the 5th, then the earliest would be the 16th. Money received on the 5th is deposited on the next business day. If the 5th came on a Friday, then your check would not be ready until 18th. | ||||
| If you choose to be mailed the check, then the check would go out in the next days mail past the 10 day waiting period and depending on the mail it could take 3-7 days to get to you. | ||||
